Product principle:
This molding process mainly uses the vacuum suction generated by a vacuum pump to heat and soften PVC, PET, PETG, APTT, PP, PE, PS and other thermoplastic plastic sheets into various shapes of vacuum covers, vacuum trays, bubble shells, etc. through molds.

Operation method:

Place the formed vacuum formed parts into the mold, then pack them with the required packaging items and cover them with paper cards.
The A-type rotating disc worktable and the B-type rotating square disc worktable (C-type, D-type, E-type, F-type sliding table worktable) are moved to the corresponding positions, triggering the travel switch. The pressure plate descends and applies pressure on its own, the AC contactor is connected, and the heating and cooling are completed for the set time, completing the sealing process. The pressure plate returns to its original position. Subsequently, the disc worktable can be rotated 120 degrees (Type B rotates the square disc worktable 180 degrees, while Type C, D, and E push and pull another slide worktable to bring the second workstation into the sealing position). Type A has three or two working positions, while Type B has two working positions (two working positions for Type C, D, and E, and one working position for Type F) that can be continuous
